- Open your profile (the avatar in the top-right corner) → "General".
- Click "Delete account" and confirm.
What happens
- Your agreement with Strum ends, and future subscription charges stop.
- Your data is deleted: portfolios, transactions, goals and settings.
- This can't be undone.
- Deleting your account doesn't refund you automatically. A refund is only possible for a payment made within the last 14 days. Contact support before you delete your account.
Investment club bundle
If you have the "Strum × YU.invest Club" bundle, cancel it separately in the investment club's Telegram bot.
Connected broker
If you connected a broker through Plaid, you can also revoke access in Plaid's tools or with the broker itself.
How long data is kept after deletion
Your email will be removed from the account, and your data will be anonymized. Some technical and financial records may stay in the database for a while until the scheduled full deletion. Data may also remain in backups for a time, until their retention period ends. This data is no longer used to run the account.
