You manage your subscription in Profile → Billing.
Your profile opens from the avatar button in the top-right corner.
Change your plan
- Click "Change plan".
- Choose a new plan or period and pay for it.
Unused days of your current plan aren't lost. Strum converts them at the new plan's price and adds them to the new period.
Example. You have 12 days left on the "Passive Investor" plan ($6.99 a month). You switch to "Active Investor" ($11.99 a month). 12 × 6.99 / 11.99 ≈ 7 days — that's how much gets added to the paid period of the new plan.
Cancel your plan
- Click "Cancel plan".
- Confirm the cancellation.
What happens after you cancel:
- Automatic charges stop.
- You keep access to the plan's features until the end of the paid period. The date is shown on the plan card.
- After that date, your account switches to the "Beginner" plan.
Your portfolios, trades and other data stay in your account. But you can't add new ones beyond the "Beginner" plan's limits.
Restore a canceled subscription
While the paid period hasn't ended, click "Activate subscription". Automatic charges resume, and you don't need to pay again now.
Refunds
You can get a refund only for a payment made within the last 14 days. To request a refund, contact support.
Canceling a plan doesn't refund any money by itself: it only stops future charges.
The "Strum × YU.invest Club" bundle
If you have a bundle with the investment club, its payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled in the investment club's Telegram bot, not in Strum. There's no cancel button for the bundle in Strum.
