X-Ray
X-Ray shows what's really in your portfolio once ETFs are broken down into their holdings. Open Analytics → Portfolio analysis → X-Ray.
What you can see:
- Total portfolio — your real positions: direct ones and those hidden inside ETFs.
- Sectors and Countries — your direct allocation next to your real exposure through ETFs.
- Duplicates — stocks you hold both directly and inside an ETF.
- ETF cost — how much your funds cost per year through the fund's fee (Expense Ratio).
X-Ray also warns you about risks: a single position with a large real weight, hidden concentration in a sector or country, an expensive ETF.
The full X-Ray is available on the "Active Investor" plan. On other plans, some rows are hidden.
"Unknown" in sectors and geography
The breakdown by sector, country and asset class depends on the asset data in Strum's database. An asset ends up in "Unknown" if:
- it's a custom asset you added manually;
- the data provider doesn't have information about this asset yet.
