Strum imports stock trades, dividends and cash movements from an XTB report.
How to get the report
- In XTB, export your account's transaction history for the period you need.
- Choose English as the language and Excel (.xlsx) as the format.
- Upload the file to Strum: profile → "Trade import" → "Upload statement" → "Upload XTB statement".
What gets imported
| Operation in the report | What Strum creates |
|---|---|
| Stock purchase / Stock sell | Stock buys and sells |
| Dividend | Dividends |
| Withholding tax, Free funds interest tax, Tax IFTT | Tax |
| Free funds interest | Interest on free funds |
| Deposit, IKE deposit | Deposits |
| Withdrawal | Withdrawals |
| Transfer | Transfer between accounts |
Operations of other types aren't imported. Strum shows a list of them in the import review.
Good to know
- Only the selected period. Only trades and cash operations for the selected period are imported. Open positions from the report are used for checking and don't create shares on their own. If you bought the shares long ago, export a longer history.
- Check the matching. Before importing, review the stocks and cash accounts that Strum couldn't match automatically.
- Importing again is safe. A report for the same period skips operations that were already imported.
