In Strum, cryptocurrencies are listed as pairs with the US dollar. Search for them with the USD suffix:

If searching by name doesn't find it, add USD to the coin's ticker.
Tip
Keep crypto in a separate portfolio. That makes it easier to see its share of your total net worth.
